Vibe coding with Lovable

Pivotal Skills AI & Lovable

With Lovable, a business application is built entirely through conversation, from the first screen to deployment, without writing a single line of code. We build those applications, and we train your teams to build them, with the right practices for architecture, security and integration.

Since October 2025, this is a different subject

For a long time, AI code generation produced attractive demos and fragile prototypes. The step change in models from October 2025 onwards moved the boundary: it became possible to build real applications that hold up over time, go into production and get used every day.

The constraint is no longer typing speed, it is method. What limits a project today is not the ability to generate code: it is the clarity of the need, the quality of the architecture you ask for, and the discipline applied to security and data.

That is exactly where we work, both as builders and as trainers.

Lovable: 100% vibe coding, end to end

Lovable covers the whole cycle through conversation: screens, application logic, database, authentication, server functions, testing and deployment. Nothing to install, no terminal, no code to write. Any business team can therefore use it, provided they are trained in good practice.

Interface and user journeys described in plain language
Database, permissions and authentication built in
Server functions and connections to external APIs
Deployment and updates with no technical hand-off
Live iteration with business users

Our expertise, proven by our own products

We do not discuss vibe coding in theory: we build and run our own products this way, from content sites to multi-tenant SaaS platforms in production.

Sites and content platforms

Real applications, with real enterprise requirements

A business application is not judged by its landing page but by what it supports: several organisations, fine-grained rights, payments, sensitive data and a connection to the existing information system. Here is what we actually implement.

  • Multi-tenant architecture with per-organisation data isolation
  • Online payment and subscription management
  • Google and Microsoft 365 authentication, corporate directory connection
  • Encrypted data, access policies and audit logging
  • Voice chat to operate the application hands-free
  • Embedded AI agents and connection to Dust
  • MCP servers to expose and consume business tools
  • Information-system integration: internal APIs, CRM, ERP, reference data

Our goal: dedicated applications at a drastically lower cost

Our goal with vibe coding is clear: build business applications dedicated to a company’s real needs, without code, at a drastically lower cost and 10 to 50 times faster depending on the context.

The effect is not only budgetary. It changes how decisions are made: you test an idea in days, put it in front of users, then drop it or industrialise it based on facts rather than projections. We demonstrated it on our own products: a factor of 50 on Pivotal Tasks and a factor of 30 on Pivotal Chat. Instead of bending the company to fit off-the-shelf software, you build the tool that matches the need exactly.

Lovable or Claude Code: the difference that matters to a business team

Claude Code is widely discussed, and rightly so: in competent hands the results are excellent. But it runs inside a development environment, with a terminal, a code repository, dependencies, versions and a deployment chain to master. Those are genuine engineering skills.

What a Claude Code approach assumes

  • Installing and configuring a development environment
  • Working on the command line
  • Managing dependencies, versions and conflicts
  • Setting up hosting and deployment
  • Reading the generated code to make decisions

What Lovable asks of you

  • Describing what the application must do, in plain language
  • Nothing to install: everything happens in the browser
  • Database, authentication and deployment built in
  • Iterating through conversation, fixes included
  • Knowing good practice — which is what our training delivers

The outcome is comparable; the path is not. With Lovable a business department no longer needs an engineer to move forward: it becomes autonomous, and training becomes the only real prerequisite. We stay factual: both approaches have their place, but only one is genuinely open to every business team.

No code, but not no skills

This is the most expensive misunderstanding. Not writing code does not remove the need to know what you are asking for. A durable business application requires explicit choices, and that is precisely what we teach.

Architecture: data model, separation of roles, scaling
Security: authentication, rights per user and per organisation
Privacy: personal data, encryption, traceability, compliance
Debugging: read a symptom, isolate the cause, validate the fix
Integration: APIs, information system, directories, MCP servers
Quality: user acceptance, versioning, incident recovery

Our Lovable training, by level

We train business teams, product teams and IT teams, using your own use cases as material. By the end of a path, your people build and evolve their applications without us, and without a line of code.

  • Business discovery: what vibe coding concretely changes
  • Build your first useful application in a workshop, on a real case
  • Architecture and data-model good practice
  • Security, privacy and access management
  • Connecting to the information system, APIs and AI agents
  • Debugging, acceptance testing and calm production releases
  • Training internal champions to spread the practice
